Terms of Service

These terms describe the baseline rules for using HalalMap customer, merchant, driver, admin, and order portal experiences.

Last updated: 2026-06-27

Using HalalMap

HalalMap connects customers with merchants, delivery partners, and service providers. Users must provide accurate information, keep their account secure, and use the platform lawfully.

Marketplace orders

Prices, availability, prep times, delivery estimates, substitutions, weights, and fees may change based on merchant operations, inventory, location, and order conditions. Final checkout details should be reviewed before payment.

Merchants and providers

Merchants are responsible for their products, menu data, halal claims, hours, preparation, packaging, and compliance with applicable laws. HalalMap may review, suspend, or remove listings that create risk or violate platform rules.

Drivers and delivery

Delivery availability depends on active coverage, driver supply, order size, distance, weather, and operational constraints. Delivery features may be limited during pilot launch.

Payments, refunds, and disputes

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Refunds and credits may depend on order status, merchant acceptance, cancellation timing, item availability, and dispute review.

Account safety

HalalMap may limit, suspend, or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unsafe behavior, unauthorized access, repeated disputes, or policy violations.

Changes and availability

HalalMap may change features, service areas, fees, policies, or availability as the platform grows. Beta and pilot features may change without notice.

Launch note: this page is a product-readiness terms baseline and should be reviewed by legal counsel before final public launch.
